Do you also supply only the press?

Yes, it is possible to purchase only the press.

Does this system work with all my recipes and doughs?

We always start with a specification inventory. In most cases, different recipes or doughs are not a problem.

Is a fully electric line possible?

Not yet 100%. We currently offer a hybrid-ready oven solution. Everything except the oven is already fully electric.

What does AI mean within FGS and what is the impact on my production?

AI is here to stay, it makes systems smarter and more controllable. FGS integrates AI by using process data and vision data for analysis and automatic control.

Can you also process a 35 cm tortilla?

Yes, this size can be produced in a 3x3 pattern on our FGS-1600.

What is the maximum capacity of the FGS1300 line?

• 30,000 tortillas of 20 cm (5x5 pattern) • 19,200 tortillas of 25 cm (4x4 pattern) • 10,800 tortillas of 30 cm (3x3 pattern)

What is the maximum capacity of the FGS1600 line?

• 43,200 tortillas of 20 cm (6x6 pattern) • 30,000 tortillas of 25 cm (5x5 pattern) • 19,200 tortillas of 30 cm (4x4 pattern)

Do my operators need additional training?

No, after our line training they will be able to operate the line independently.

I am not yet producing tortillas. Can you support me with this?

Yes, we have in-house knowledge and experience in tortilla production and are happy to guide you through the process.

How is service arranged?
